Recently I tried Taco Bell’s new Steak & Poblano Rolled Quesadilla. This item consists of a tortilla containing grilled, marinated steak, melted cheese, poblano peppers and spicy ranch sauce. It Is prepared like a quesadilla and then rolled into a more burrito-like shape, albeit with an open top and bottom.
Overall, I enjoyed this item. The consistency of the steak was good and the poblano peppers offered an interesting contrast. The poblanos are not often seen in Taco Bell items and were a welcome addition. The spicy ranched lacked heat but not flavor.

I think the rolled quesadilla gimmick worked here. While it is essentially a burrito, you get a nice layering of filling and tortilla. I did have about an inch of excess tortilla flap on one end, but if you like the tortilla this is not a huge issue and you still get a fair amount of filling throughout.
